VET'S DAY ILLINOIS -
Saturday,
August 16, 2008
Region 4's Veterans
and Veterans Committee will have their 7th Vets Day celebration.
A full day of fun, refreshments
and prizes will be at the Veterans Home in Manteno, Illinois.
The purpose for this
day of celebration is to make some Veterans life a little happier,
to bring them some joy,
and to let them know that they are not forgotten.
Festivities begin at
9:00 a.m. and will end at 3:00 p.m. This year there will be a block
of rooms available at
the Holiday Inn in Monee, Illinois for those who wish to spend a night.
The room rates are $82.00
for a double and $79.00 for a King. For more information you

of your Veterans committee or the State Chairman,

Remember volunteers
and cash donations are always in need.
